Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Indian Oil Corporation for their Domestic Gas Supply Services. I am geting the gas from SREE MA KIRUPA GAS AGENCIES, SHOP NO.11,R30,
"A" THNB COMPLEX SPARTAN NAGAR, ANNA NAGAR WEST EXTN., CHENNAI-600 101 PHONE :[protected],26562087,26560608

My consumer No is 4461 Since last two months we are facing problems because of abnormal delay in gas supply. We have booked gas on 08 TH SEPTEMBER 2011 and till date we have not received the gas supply. We often call to the Gas Agency and we are getting the dame reply that there is no supply of gas load from the company and more over one By nam Mrs.Sumathi use to say there is insufficient
staff to delivery the cylinder.So they will deliver once in a week to an area which
is not far. Moreover How IOCL providing Agencing those who have not basic
infra structure like enough Man Power.
Please look into the matter and see that there should not be any abnormal delay in gas supply to the domestic gas customers.
Hope the Company will understand our problem and appreciate our concern in this regards.

sree ma kirupa gas agencies — not lifting the phone/ phone engaged

I am ioc customer and my customer no is3341 attached to Sree ma kirupa agencies, shop no.11 r-30 a TNHb complexSpartan Nagar annanagar western extn. Chennai 600101. Ph. no.26563350, 26562087, 26560608. Whenever I phone for refill or any matter the phone is always engaged or they are not lifting when thephone rings. only after trying for hours if i am fortunate some one answers. For the last six months the cylinder they suppling is not in order . the moment we open the regulater the gas leaks with a hissing sound. We call the mechanic direct as the agencies phone is always engaged. The does repair and blames washer .Yesterday also the gas started leaking and the mechanic after attending advised us to replace the regulator after phoning the agencies.Today[protected] I have been phoning the agencies from 8a, m till now (11a.m) I am not getting their line. When I tried the customer service cell mentioned in the bill[protected]/[protected] the reply is the phone is not in existance. I am a senior citizen cannot go to the gas agencies often to complain.As per advise I will to inform them and if the regulater is in stock then i will to purchase a dd for the amount they say and then buy the regulater and fix myself in the cylinder. Could you please help me to atleast ask the agencies to lift the phone to redress my complaints as the leakage of gas is dangerous.
we are not able to receive our cylinders at right time and think the cylinder man is selling our cylinder and tat person is also not responding and speaking badly whenever we question him pls rectify our problem and we need to change our agency to villivakkam pls help us soon

Sree MaKirupa Gas Agencies Chennai 101 — Phone is not attended

My consumer no is 3341. Ibookedacylinder twoweeks back. Not yet recieved. I am trying the following phone nos. for one hour but noone attends.

I tried the customer care, there also noone takes the receiver.
This phone trouble happens every month.

Dear Sir,

I am a gas cyclinder consumer of this agency called Sree MA Kirupa Gas Agencies, which is located in spartan nagar, anna nagar west extension chennai 600101.

My consumer no. is 18297 and I am a customer of this agency since 4 years and during all these 4 years the service is pathetic. They always delay in delivery of cylinder.

I have booked cylinder on feb 24th 2010 and the booking no. given was 2402. And they told the cylinder will be delivered in 10 days. and today is 11th March and till today it is not delivered. When my husband called the agency on 6th March they said it would be delivered on 7th March. It is not delivered on 7th march. I have send my sister in law in person to check the status in person on 10th March. They said it would be delivered on 11th March. When I called on 11th March at 3.30 pm to check the status they said it would be delivered after 21st of March, they says the bill is not matured. As there is delay in delivering of cylinder the next cylinder gets empty and when we call for the booking they say you have recently taken the delivery.

When the agency is delivering the cylinder late that is the reason the next cylinder gets empty and we need to book it. Every time the agency people give false communication on the delivery. This time we three people called and checked the status, to my husband, sister in law and to me they gave different dates of delivery. Which is very pathetic. People at this agency are not courteous, they fight with the customer. Donot have the patience to listen to the customer. I have spent so much amount on telephone calls to book the gas and then to check the status of delivery. And the first issue is, they donot respond to phone calls. The no. is always engage and with great difficulty when we get the line and book the cylinder also, there is no proper response.

I would request the concern to look into the issue and take some actions, people are suffering like anything.

The above mentioned gas agency, is causing unnecessary delay in delivering us gas cylinder, which is due more than 3 weeks now. I request you to kindly look into this issue and deal sternly with these kind of erring agencies
was there any response in this regard, because i too have just complained about this agency, for the same issue.
Am happy that people have come out to say about the worse... This is the beginning they should the value of customer if not we should show our values to them. Above statement is all true. sree ma kirupa gas agencies is the worst gas agencies ever i saw. They never picked up the call and the response is very very poor... I would recommend that people have to change from that gas agency to some other one. Am also one of the customer for this useless gas agency and soon its going to be my X gas agency...
Dear Sir,

We booked Cooking Gas on 23.01.2012 but still we have not received the cylinder.

We are regularly following with your agency at anna nagar.

But they are not responding properly. today also i went there but they are interested in putting nail polish and playing with each others.

not replying properly. Mr.Balaji is not giving the respect / respond to customers also and he is using worst language.

Kindly take the action immediately.

We have booked gas on 23rd January 2012 and till date we have not received the gas supply. We often call to the Gas Agency and we are getting the dame reply that there is no supply of gas load from the company and more over one By name Mr.Elumalai use to say there is insufficient
staff to delivery the cylinder.So they will deliver once in a week to an area which
is not far. Moreover How IOCL providing Agencing those who have not basic

FYI : In official times they are putting Nail Polish & Playing, but they are not picking the phone calls and respond the customers properly. Mr.Elumalai is using improper words with customer and receptionist also.

Kindly look into the matter and solve at the earliest.
