i am a consumer of indane lpg gas under above destributor. since last few months they have made an unofficial rule that they will received booking after 21 days from the delivery of one cylender. i have a big family & i need two cylinder in each month & i am a consumer of double cylinder. every time after finishing one cylinder, when i am going to book for a cylinder they are not received booking, but at the same time if i pay extra money they are receuving the booking.
now my question is that if there is crisis of supply of cylinder then how they can able to take booking & delivering the cylinder by receiving extra money? their delivery man is openly telling that he can arrange cylinder if i am ready to pay some extra.
