the person who has written a complaint misbehaved with the servant, therefore, the servant discontinued the job...so payment was made to him according to the terms and conditions...Please stop sending miscommunication.

I totally agree with above complaints.Sri Aishwarya consultants, they are cheats(Mr.Easwer and the lady who works there). We approached this consultants for a servant maid. They arranged a maid with lot of stories telling that she is good and adjustable. She was working fine at my home for 15 days. She was quite ok and on one weekend, she told that i want to go to my relative home which was near my locality and return back in 2 hours. And she requested us not to inform the consultants as they wont entertain this sort of things. Due to humanity i allowed her to go.
She didn't return back for the whole day and we called consultants and informed the situation. They played a drama and said she is going to get married and started the whole play. Third lady was a poor old female who i felt she cant work at my home. Finally i was left out with out a servant for almost 2 months and i have to take the whole pain with a loss of Rs.5500.
My personal advice...Please dont believe any such consultants as they will always loot your hard earned money with lot of mental stress.

SRI Aishwarya Consultancy - A fraud agent for sending Criminals and good for nothing people as maid and drink blood of our hard earned money.
This aiswarya consultancy is a fraud consultancy. They will send all local and third class peoples as a maid. As said by Madhavan, These people will be polite with us untill they get money from us once they get the money their attitudes starts. They will not make any one servant to stay with us. The servants torchers us and makes us to stop that maid and ask for replacements. after a very long struggles and calls we get a another lady. I have no words to say what and all the problems i met with them. I appointed a caretaker fro my mother who is paralised. These maids never be polite to her. 0 respect. the lady owner is arrogant. I have cancelled their agreement which had 4 months validity. My BP is shooting up and no words to explain the issues. One lady was sent who was a neoro patient, She got fits twice at my house. I have appointed for care taker and i was taking care of that woman the whole day. One lady who was a construction labour ( Chittal) was sent to my house who dont even know how to operate mixie or gas stove. A rowdy like lady was sent, When my mother calls her she wont respond just comes and asks "What??". with No Respect. If she ask for something she will delay in doing that. While she is cooking she will cook alone she wont even get a water for my mother for which she needs to wait for an hour. She shouts that she dont have 10 hands to do ten tasks at one time. those people are arrogant and humanity is ZERO. That lady is wife of an accused who went to jail for an murder case. She says these stories always so that we scare with her. Always says stories about previous owners that they praise hert with gold rings, money, new sarees etc. I'm a single earning person and unmarried. Paying 10, 000 for a maid is above my earning capacity. But i aways loose my harad earned money with these people. At last they say i need to adjust with maids. If we send out them for there mis behaviour this lady owner turns the arrow and says that we alone complaint on the maids where as other customers are satisfied.
