this is to bring to your notice that my gas cylinder is leaking due to fault in the regultor. last thursday[protected] i went to the office and i raised a complaint and the manager asked me to bring the customer subscription vochure.
i took the voucher on friday but they had asked me to come on monday[protected] today they don't seem to replying to my problem rather saying that 20 other people are having the same problem and ignoring the customer. they also mentioned that they do not have stock of regulators and asking me to come again on Friday.
for these sensitive problems who is reponsible ........... ?

I'm Posting this as an employee of Sri Navamanis Gas Agencies, Karur-639001.
Here our employees are getting low salaries and they are forcing us to get the commission from Customer to compensate our salary, which is not legal.
Please help us in getting our required salary for the service we are providing.
Kindly investigate this. Also they are threatening us by firing out. So we are scared to request, as we are 28 family dependent people.
Please help us in getting the better fixed salary for our service.
We respect Indane Gas corporation will take immediate action in this issue against these type of weird Agencies.
Also Higher Managers and other official were getting more salaries in this agency.
