Dear sir,
I am a resident of L.B. Shastry Nagar near HAL Airport,Bangalore. we are using cable TV connection from Sri Rajalakshmi Enterprises (a sub dealer of Hathway Digital Cable TV services) A very bad my personal experience like-- they took 2 months to provide SET-UP-BOX, and for addtional connection they take about 1 week,every night time after 11:30pm no signal & in the morning 5:00am to 7:00am,they least bothered about our calls, first of all the phone numbers wont work,second thing if it works a day or 2 they dont pick, thirdly if they pick the calls, they attend complaits on there own sweet time like week. if i complait to Hathway servises they say its our sub dealer (Sri Rajalakshmi Enterprises) we cant help it, if i complaint on our cable operator (Sri Rajalakshmi Enterprises) he say its not our problem its network problem,but they honestly collect money from us every month without servises also.please take action (Sri Rajalakshmi Enterprises)
