Sri Rama Gas Agency, Ramurthynagar, Bangalore, Indane — Additional cylinder(DVC)

I am not able to bok gas after 9.00 a.m. on any day. Can i bok online?

My domestic help (Mehboob) had applied for a new connection from your agency about 6 months back. he did not purchase the gas stove from you since he already had a single burner stove.

The inspector has not come to inspect the stove till date inspite of the fact that I have come and met the manager twice in the last 6 months.

Now new conncetions have been stopped. however, i request you to kindly complete the inspection so that whenever new connections resume there is no further delay.

How much time it takes for the Sri Rama Agency to issue to additional cyliner ? I (Consumer Number -45530 )had applied it 3 years back..Still no response from them...how much patience do we need to have for the same ? 3 years is not a joke and I doubt why govt doesn't have any control over the agencies...

I have a serious questions here...Do ministers and people with high authority faces similar problem..I would like to know any politician applied it during 2006 and haven't got it so far..

Please dont dissapoint us ...Days will come when people will not prefer to come to bangalore and you guys will give the gas freely to anybody...

This agency has the wrost service i have ever faced. They have about 4/5 telephone line and all of them at any point from 9 am to 5 pm is either busy or no reply.. Even when the call is answered the lady who picks up the call is always in a rush that even before i get to hear and note the number the telephone is hanged. I wonder whether the booking was taken or not correctly.

Well My question to them its thier job to take bookings and provide the gas.. AND WE PAY FOR IT.

Not far are the days when even this will need to be more customer friendly and do their work properly.. Well such issues makes me think indians need to improve on their service delivery and such atttitude is shown only in india.
