Do not be fooled by this response. Please be aware that there has been a major change in the location of their property and this is no longer on the main highway but 2-3 kms inside and across a Nehar. I would strongly advice people to have a visit to the site to personally inspect the location and progress.
The residential and facilities are separated by a Nehar and not within the same complex. Not sure how many of you are aware of this change in location? How many of you are still sitting back thinkig that your 2007 allotment is still valid? Ask them to send you a map of the new location to see what you are dealing with
After the recent DLF case in Mansear (Express Greens) case in which the honorable New Delhi District consumer disputes redressal forum gave a verdict against DLF builder for making a project launch in Manesar “Express Greens” without having necessary legal sanctions and approvals (please read Time of India for 1st Oct for details), has given us some a great opportunity to fight this builder who has been holding our money for over 6 years and by making false promises.
Let's all come together to legally fight this builder to seek our rightful refunds and penalties

Ajmer Road in the reckoning……
Ajmer road is rapidly developing into a Educational, Industrial and Residential hub o[censored]nparallel significance. Almost the entire fifty to sixty kms. belt from Jaipur has the most ambitious projects awaiting development.
As recent as of now a world class proposed university has been cleared by the government. It is a matter of time for the university to go operational which will thereby provide tremendous growth to the area.
Various reports appearing in the media have projected Ajmer Road as the fore-runner in the realtor market. The corridor from Jaipur has a long stretch o[censored]nhindered land mass which makes each and every project viable.
Infosys, Mahindra, Duetsche Bank has been in operation for a while at Mahindra World City. Other key players like ICICI Bank, SBI, Nagorra Software, Nucleus Software, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, True worth Infotech have ambitious projects queued for early operations which will significantly boost the property prices.
Metro in Jaipur………
The Metro Project of the city is making promising headway. The need of the metro was being felt because of the mounting traffic pressures and the horizontal growth of the city.
