[Resolved]  Ss Impex — REFUND AGAINST LOAN

Dear Sir, We have an a loan of 3.41 CR from your company by agreement no HE361862. This case was processed by Mr Purshotam. The Points of Complaints are as under.
1. As per finalised of issue the loan cheque was on 16th of Aug, but he has issued cheque in my absence on 11th aug without any information, and as disscussed with him he said he will get us the refund of 5 days interest.
2. Processing fees Refund of .05% of Rs 17500 + service tax Rs21075 + advance EMI interest 2960 will also refund by him on his gurantee from Broker Aman (AST Capital P Ltd)

For all this he has signed these figures on a paper and promised me to refund this amount soon from Company and from AST Capital.
But During these days he has changed, not accepting the call and instead of asurance in last conversation he told DO what ever you can do I will not go for Refund.
Sir, as we have started new relations with you and its a long relation we have to maintain, i request you to kindly take strong action to him, and if required i want to personally want to meet to resolve this issue.
I am also attesting the document in which he committ to give us the refund from Broker and Company
