[Resolved]  Ssv Broadline Vashi (Internet Service Provider) — Poor service

i had been using SSV broadline (ISP) services from 2 months let me tell you it not worth it to spend your hard earned money on their services , you even won't get 15 days services in a month , there is no proper response to the customers they have the most uncultured people in their league who don't know how to talk with the customer

I would request to take a strict action against them so that they cannot cheat any one in the future

Well... SSV is no1 in the list of "WORST internet service". Now that they have tied up with dvios, they are hitting big scores for being the "WORST". I pay around 650 pm for a unlimited plan. But that's only for 'name sake', I get the service only for 15 -16 days that too with a 'respectable' download speed of 2.34 kbps. Its that fast, really, not joking. They are sincere in only 1 sector, "the payment sector". Please raise a fund raiser for them so that they stop the internet service and just "STOP" robbing people. Help them earn money that way rather than provide service. Customer service is epic. Still I have rated them 1 star because inspite of the year long scrap service... yesterday I got Internet the whole day. Thankyou very much.
WORST...Really WORST.. Navi Mumbaikar pls dont take a connection from them. it is total waste. I'm suffering right from the moment I got this connection. I cant explain the problems here as I cannot do it one page..!!!
Pls my request..suggest your friends, relatives and well wishers not to choose this connection as I know none of their customers will recommend.
I am a ssv net user of nerul, Navi Mumbai. I have been using SSV for 1 year and not faced problems. but starting this month, my speed has become very slow from 2 mbps to 20 kbps. Multiple complaints to the office have failed as they say that the main server in vashi is faulty and they say that no work is being carried out to repair it.Engineers do not have the time to come to our house and internet always works fine around him. Do not get promised speeds most of the time during the day. Indeed this is very frustating!!
I am telling this from my experience with the SSV, WORST customer service. They don't answer calls keep on holding for hours and the net connection is worst every after 2 days they have issue with the network. I have taken connection and paid for 3 month package from 5 Aug. and for the last Six days it is completely Shut down. When i call these Buggers they says we will fix and if it asked to compensate for the time lapse due to non availability of network, they don't consider it and replies it is due to natural calamity and we wont reimburse or extend the lost time. Hell with these Fraud HOLES, when we register any complain about any problem, they will take at least a week to entertain us. Their engineer come at any time on working days and if you are not at home, they close your complain without making a call to you.

I am using same connection for 6 months(sector 19, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai) and having worst experience. There is no technical supports for days. When i call them firstly i need to spend almost 30 min to talk with them and then they answer in rude way . They say will send technician but there is no support. If i call then after 6 pm they always say tech is not available and we will address problem next day.At day time i am in office and when i go back there is no connectivity. Please take some action.
SSV vashi andSSV nerul are not providing any service to their customers. Once you take the connection you have to run after them. The employees are uneducated and rude. They talk about engineers, but they have appointed school drop out as their technicians. They come and talk in a foolish way. They can not solve your problems at all. They are surviving in India, If they have to operate in America, they may be thrown within one hour by the customers. I believe that owner is not knowing how their employees are finishing his business or he may not be interested in this business, It may be his side business.
My internet is down from last two days. I have called 10 times to customer care. Only two times they picked up the phone and told that they will send the technician. Rest of the time they do not pick the phone or keep it on busy mode to take rest.No technician comes. I have gone personally 4 times to their office in nerul in sector-18 but they are not willing to work.
I suggest customer never take internet connection of SSV otherwise you will have to run after them. They provide no service at all.
worst service..even not deserve one rating...they all are making fool of customers...customer care dont know how receive call..so illiterate people..whenever we call dey have only one rply..we ll solve ur problem on urgent basis..probably their urgent basis is infinite years...they have always shortage of staff...if you have shortage of staff then why are you providing services...make chaat, bhel puri center..they didnt need staff.....worst service i have ever seen..be aware of it...

I have never come across any service providers worse than this. Their customer care exec are most unprofessional both in the manner they talk as well as the way they resolve the issue. I have been paying them 620Rs for the speed of 1mbps but its so buddy slow that it frustrates you beyond words.most of their people do not even know how to resolve any issue. They just sometimes attend the complaint for formality lie about coming back and then you get message in you phone that "your complaint number xxxxx is closed as per feedback given by you". One more thing in most of the weekends their network have problem. However they are very good at one thing asking for renewal.
To egoist payment collection people. They act as if they own the network. Called to collect the cheque in the evening, the person didnot turn up but yes the connection was disconnected the next day. Payment cleared upto March 14, only april is balance and every year it is being paid for the 12 months. This is sector 28 vashi.The rating I am giving is bcos of the person who comes for colletion

SSV vashi is pathetic. A lot of robbers are there in the office. All in Customer care never gives a damn to complain every time they will say your problem will be solved in some time and then the MF technical guy will never come. last 15 days net is not working and MF are not sending technicians.

Hi All,
I was considering to get a 4MBPS Plan for our Turbhe unit from SSV Vashi, BUT thought it worthwhile to check online about their service AND I consider myself fortunate after reading all these reviews. Now I understood why these guys do not offer any post paid plans. Please .. can anybody here suggest any alternative ISP for internet service, who provides GOOD service and consistent speed, in the Turbhe Naka area? If yes, please do pronto, as i need it urgently. Thanks all in advance.
Not only do they not provide good services, they keep away those who do by doing dadagiri. Guys dont take panga. These guys are thugs! Stay away.
