Dear, sir/madam,
I want to inform you that your some buses on rout of varjeshwari to vasai depot wil not hoult at pelhar bus stop .
We already done complent at vasai depot last 3-4 times in last one week.but nothing can done solution of this problem
specialy evening time not hoult any buses at pelhar bus stop .
Kindly do something as early as possible for convenient to passanger .

I would like to inform you that your some buses on route of Borivali, Bhyender, Vasai and Nalasopara to Thane depot are not halting at Kasarvadavli bus stop. Bus halts at 30 feet away from Bus stop and its repeatedly happening.

We already have complained at Thane depot in last 3-4 times but no solution has found out for this problem.specially morning time no bus halts at Kasarvadavli bus stop .

Kindly do something as early as possible for convenience of passenger.

Please take necessory action immediately.
