St. Xavier International School — student tortured physically and mentally

Sub: Allegation against ill-treatment of my child as well as to me.

Sir,
I being the mother of Swastik Samantray, a student of Class–2 of your esteemed institution want to draw the following few lines for your information and necessary action.

My above name child has been continuing his studies in your school since last more then 1& ½ years till and till yesterday, i.e., 29/09/2011 no complain was eve issued against him. But surprisingly my children was ill-treated and tortured physically and mentally by your drawing teacher of standard-2 and on receipt of such complain from my child I immediately reported to the class teacher and the office.

Today on 30/09/2011, I visited to your school to ascertain the fact. Surprisingly inspired of my sincere attempts for continues more then 3 hours, i.e., from 2:15 pm to 5:30 pm but the principal not respond to me. The principal of your institution instead of listening to me, raised a lot of vex and after thought allegation against me and walked away around 5:35 pm, which touched my heart and gave mental harassment.

My husband has rang-up to the principal around 05:15 pm, but as per your staff, lifts the phone, the principal was left the school at 04:30 pm whereas she was present in the school. So I consider this is an intently attempt to avoid the parent for discussion.

Hence I think it was an attempt of demoralize my son as well as to me in order to clothe their fault. The way of approach and behavior of the principal towards parent should be good, but it is not true in this case.

I will be pleased for your assurance for no further harassment to my child.

Therefore I request you to inquire into the matter deeply and to take necessary steps or else I shall be constrained to take required legal action against the alleged person as per law.
