I purchased one TATA BP SOLAR WATER HEATER model no :[protected]SWHS 200 LPD HOT MAX on date 04/12/2009 from your dealer M/S CONZERVE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM , 126/2-B Asora House , W.K Road , Meerut, owner Mr. Naveen Bansal Mob no: [protected], Ph No:[protected]
The system is not working from first day and I gave one written complaint (Copy Attached) on 27/12/2009 To M/s CONZERVE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM
Meerut, they told me that company is saying that this modal is made new by TATA BP and has same technical problem and this modal will be replaced very soon. After That I called many times at your corporate office customer care at Bangalore,
Some lady told me that we will replace this modal and we will tell to your dealer when we will replace. After that all summer gone, waiting for replacement now the winter started and we need hot water and your system is not working. No one is replying my complaints. please help me.
