Star News — Chauffeur Misbehaved

This is Shekhar Bansal working in STAR News (Press). This is to inform you that I have hired Chanson Cab No. DL1RY0187 with chauffear name Suraj Prakash & his mobile no. [protected] from Sec 52 Noida to Malviya Nagar New Delhi – approx distance 25.7 kms at around 1.15 p.m. afternoon. On the way near Ashram AC went off & my family faced lot of discomfort as this service is availed for comfort purpose only. So we requested him to waive off near about 45 Rs. As total distance from Ashram to the destination is about 15 kms but he argued with us & misbehaved also which I think was very bad on your part as two ladies were there with small child. And 45 Rs was not so big amount for 15 kms of discomfort as total bill came out to be Rs.445/-.
