my atm card was lost 01/feb /09 .i was trying ur helpline no regulerly but there is no responce .
as i live far from my house it is very painfull to me
i need my atm as soon as possible plz block my atm card &provide me new one

I have State bank cash plus shopping cum atm card.It's working in ATM but not in shops for shopping as a debit card.
What is the procedure to activate that card for Debit card?

I am a/c holders of SBI Branch, Evershine Nagar, Malad(W), Mumbai 400064 and the a/c no.[protected].
On 16/02/09, monday, I Gone to ATM center of SBI, Kandivali Industrial Estate for withdrawal
of Rs.1500.00. I done all the procedure as per your Computer requirement, but No Cash coming
from ATM machine also not coming the Slip. Only stated that your Time is over.
But When I gone to another ATM on 17/02/09 for withdrawal of Rs.1500.00. That time came to
know (From Slip of another ATM Center) that Previous Rs 1500.00 already deducted from my A/c,
which not coming from the ATM Machin e of SBI, Kandivali Industrial Estate, Kandivali(W).
Kindly look into this matter and refund the money (RS.1500.00) to my My A/c no [protected]
