State Bank Of Mysore — Issue of new ATM/Debit card
Dear SirI lost my ATM card on[protected] and blocked its operation on the very same day by contacting the customer care. I applied for issue of new ATM card at MS building branch on[protected],where I have my SB account.( No.[protected] )
I have contacted the branch,Head office ATM section and also mobile no.[protected] several times,all my efforts have failed and still I am not in receipt of the new ATM cum Debit card.I am a senior citizen and it becomes very difficult for me to approach bank all the time.
I request you to issue me the new card at earliest
