Dear sir,
i have booked for refill cylinder one month back on date 03.03.12 but till today they did not able to supply the same. when i asked when it will be delivered, then they reply we have DC order to stop home delivery & if you have any problem then you can surrender your connection.
i am very much upset with this type of reply. Atleast he should try to solve the issue but they are all ready to fight with customer.

i agree with you and i am also facing the same problem with this distributor.repeatedly i email to the HP official and the steel city but they don.t bother the customer problem and don't know how to response, even they don't consider the delivery charges if customer brings the gas from their go-down.
