I have seen lot of ads and resale of sterling little flower flats with much lower cost. Is it true? why people are hurry to selling the brand new flats?

Yes i agree with this comment even when i reached the flats owner they are coming down to lower price

Totally agree. i booked a flat in 2008 around January and it is supposed to be completed in Apr/May 2009. But till now i am waiting for it. After purchasin it we had enquired a lot about the flat with the tenants, and to my surprise, not a single person in that flat is happy. I have seen the bulding rubish still inside the blocks even after handover. I recently received a letter from them asking to pay the final amount "YOUR FLAT IS READY FOR HANDOVER". So i decided to have a look at it before settling the amout.
1. Bathroom flush doors broken (Holes made by Drilling machine)
2. No patch working done
3. Lift is missing
4. No signs of paint in that house
With all this they have mentioned that the FLAT IS READY FOR HANDOVER. Funny isnt it.
They do not know the value of a customer, so defenitely would loose everything in less time.

I agree with the complaints about sterling estates.Even my flat should be handovered in the month of Apr/May 2009 but still they are dragging to hand over. This is very poor service... The value of customers is not known... Soon they will suffer for their worst service..

Last week i got a call from my tenant who stays there that the electrical wiring has some problem, and they could feel the shock on the walls. Im planning to sell this damn flat. There sterling [protected]@[protected]@rds are fit for nothing.

recently in the times of india newspaper dated 28 june 10, monday, sterling placed a big advertisement about farm houses and pool villas which is to be constructed in sriperambathur. the rate they are offering is rs.575 per sq foot. can these builders be trusted for their rates and all the features that they are offering for these houses. can anyone please give me an honest opinion about sterling.

Sterling estates and properties ltd, is a totally unreliable builder. They lack honesty and commitment. I had booked a flat in Sterling little flowers Urapakkam in 2008. As I write this on August 2010, I have still not received possession of the flat inspite of paying the entire amount long time ago. They just allow customers to speak to some representative (usually SriVidya or Kavitha). These employees dont have any idea of whats happening to your flat and just give lame excuses for delay. The MD or any other responsible person never comes into the picture at all.The quality of construction is also very poor. Even during cosntruction, water has started seeping in the flat after light rain. Sterling has this habit of starting a project, finishing it half way and then going on to another project. But if we delay payment by even a short period, they call us up and threaten us like goondas. My sincere advise to eveyone is never buy flats from Sterling, chennai.

I agree to the fact the flat is poor construction in Kattupakkam, They are cheating the customers, They ask money for everything, even though they have to do that work. Very slow progress in work. In the office in T.Nagar, you will find very less men. All the women talk as if they are Director, even though they may be a clerk working there, Then people, can imagine how the Director Rama Roa will be.

Never go and get your self stuck with this Sterling people. Your life will be misserabl, Cost of flat might be less but the amount of time and reqork you will spend more. No Quality itself. We have 80 flats in Kattupakkam, please visit there and talk to any flat owners, then you will know about this people. They treat Customers like dogs. They wont respond to any of your queries, you cant meet the director directely. They will take all the money upfront, if you dont give, they wont even look back to your flat.

We need to check whether MD of builder should be civil engineer neither Supervisors, I booked a flat in Mansa Garden Road behind Ananthavalli Matriculation school, the fraud builder is Ponpankaj Properties (Mr. Narayanan Nair), I booked in November 2008, there are totally 6 blocks, out of 6 flats in my Block, only 2 r booked includind mine, till now there is no proper basic infrastructure like roads, lights and proper septic tank and often repaired water pump, though we 2 families are residing, septic tank is overflowing every month and motor will get repair fornightly, even after repeated requests from him, he never minds and his plan of approval also got expired.
Pls., experts guide me how to complaint against him.

I want to know when you completed and hand over my flat and what daoubt the cross the agreement period compension.

Sterling Estate and Property — Flat not handovered
Sterling has very good reputatation in the market and I booked flat from Sterling Little Flower on Dec 2007. Till now work did not complete. Without taking possesion, the building looks very old to me. Very poor construction, no drainage facility.Not sure, how to get justice!
After reading your comments I feel acidity in my stomach. My misfortune I never seen this comments before. I have booked a flat in sterling. I pray God to get the finished house from them as they have assured.
