This is very very true...Sewage water is flowing like river Ganges inside the Sterling Ganges Apartment...Builder hasn't set up the Sewage Treatment Plant which he has promised...This is a potential health hazard...There are several complaints against this builder...Overall Sterling Estates and Properties have a bunch of lousy people who are fit for nothing but cheating...We need your help to do something to stop them from carrying out new projects and finish the pending work here...

I have booked a flat in Sterling bhandari and recently i finished the registration also. I couldn't get sleep for the last 2 nights after i read your comments. I don't know what is going to happen?

i have sued the builder in consumer forum, won the case at dist court, but sterling appealed to state forum only to drag the case & avoid compensation

True and we have completed registration o[censored]ndived share in Kattupakkam Ganges H Block and Sterling agreed to hand over by May, 2011 with the grace period of 3 months for unseen delay and he is yet to finish the work and to handover. The M.D and Director are not facing the buyers. The Landlord who parted the land for the project is also suffering and his portions were not completed and handed over. The project should have completed before 2010. Sterling is not a reliable developer and should not extend the patronage by the buyers.

We purchased a flat in the 4th floor of Sterling Ganges D block, which is the top most floor. The weather coatings on the terrace is so poor that, during the 2010 rains, water seeped into the ceilings of hall and one of the bed rooms and started dripping from the center of the room. Water also seeped into the Main electricity Distribution Board and it burst, damaging all the wires. When a complaint was raised to the builders, some activity was carried out by the builders in early 2011 to rectify the terrace and we believed that the seepage will not happen during the next rains.

But in 2011 rains, the situation became even worse and water started pouring from the same ceilings spots in the hall and bed room, to such an extent that a bucket was placed to fetch the water. Also, one of our room wall remains damp for a major part of the year due to water stagnating above it.

We had given repeated complaints regarding this, and builder is delaying in taking appropriate action. Weather coatings are basic things a builder should be taking care. Not sure how Sterling, being a so-called renowned builder, overlooks such things and are lethargic in taking action. Now, in order to rectify this, the terrace needs to be completely relayed to prevent the seepage and dampness.

Sterling Estates and Properties Ltd is a fraud. They made people to dream a better campus while have given a lousy blocks. Dirty interior roads, broken approach road, unserving drainage line, no planning, no thouths at all. Very cheap and dirty construction at best prices at that point of time. Delay in handover, Just unbelievble, the way they have cheated money in a day broad light from their customers. Customers paid a fair price for the promises they made while received all sub-standards in reality. They must be brought to court for the cheating they have made.

everyone knows that the project has been delayed indefinitely, builders not giving any project completion date. me and other owners fight ed many times but no response coming from the company. the situation is very worst. no work going on. no labour available at site, no one to give u response when u raise queries. the MD is not giving appointment to face the customer . please co operate and join together to resolve the issue.

Hi even i am a victim for this sterling bhandari project. it has been delayed for so long time. The reason for the delay is never said by them. Meanwhile an another block is also been build which was unsaid to us.No one in the office is giving a proper response for all these. Even I was never able to meet the MD.it was my father who booked this flat and it is in his name . Can anyone help us what can be done for this?
