Yes I am agree with the selection process of the company and even i was not there in the list of the selected candidates but was in the list of waiting candidates. The company HR called me for the final round. I have appeared and expecting to join as my interview has been very good. I am happy with the supportive attitude of the HR team.My advice to the company HR not to be so gregarious with the candidates/jobseekers as they want to have unwanted advantages by writing bad comments about the company. The Companies should
also expose the candidature of such candidates to some webbrowsers to make the other companies beware hiring such unprofessional guys.
