Street Lights — not working of street lights

Street lights of shakti khand 4, Indirapuram are not working from last 1 month and we had also complain in the electricity department several times but no action was taken. And talking to the person in the ghaziabad authority he replied in a very bad manner that go to the nearer electronic shop and get repair it yourself.
We request you to take care of the same so that the people of shaktio khand 4 will feel safe in nights on the road.
