[Resolved]  Sub Divisional Magistrate Complex Kalka — Delay in certificate of registration of new Car

i have applied for RC of new car purchased on Dec.31,2009 at SDM office Kalka. its due date was April 22,2010. i have completed all required documents and formalities. But still i have not recieved RC. Every times when i went there, they extend the date. Mr. jaiveer handling all this which harasing me. I working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd.Due to busy schedules i have little time to go there.So please sort out this asap.

Respected SDM Sir I live in Handiyan Mohalla Kalka. Sir this place is very dirty because some people those lives here keep pigs in between us. They feed dirty food their pigs and without clean that place they walk out. It is spreading diseases, fetor, dirt, flies, at the time when they feed their pigs makes a loud noise which is bad for students and for our environment. Respected Sir they can keep their pigs out of the public places but without any interception they continued all this. Respected sir everybody who is living here is bearing all this but nobody wants to protest against it. Respected Sir we hope that after this message this will surely stop on public places.
