Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notcie the illegal activity that I have become a victim of recently.

I work for a well known multinational bank with an experience of 6 years.I wanted to grow further and was trying oppurtities outside. Thats when I received a call from a consultancy called SUBAX INFOTECH. I was asked to come for an interview on 25th April 2010. They interviewed me and said that I would be getting a call in few days since I have cleared the round.

They told me I would have to pay upfront fee of Rs 2000/- for giving me the confirmed job. I did not have the money so I came with the money on 26th of April. They gave me a receipt and told me that incase I do not clear they would refund me the cash .

But soon after taking the money neither did they gave me any details of job nor my money back. I have been continously following up but there has been no response from their end .

Sir I request you to kindly investigate into the matter and help me in claiming back the funds.Also please help many others in falling into the trap of such agencies. The agency details areas below:
