Dear Sir, I worked for SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES for long time at Rajasthan operation. Now after long time i again want to call or concentrate your mind on our matter.We have 2-3 old returned salary cheques issued by Chennai corporate office.our cheques returned due to non liquidity in the accounts of company. First i want to know from all you intellectuals,whats the final step for us to recover our pendings salaries.Whats the best advice for all Subhiksha staff members. Secondly,Our PF Forms returned from Chennai corporate office due to non acceptation by local person. Who is liable and responsible for the matter for refuse us our PF money ? .PF is our right and whats the way going for clearifications.....Please help us ? your help will helping thousands of Subhiksha staff. Though many people know about Subhiksha's failure, no body understood the main game plan. RS had about most trusted 6 people as his "MEN". His game plan was to show a huge turn over, not bothering about margin or profit and do it with borrowed money. He was expecting a day the some so called "intelligent" company will come forward and buy his comany for a huge sum and he can pay all the dues to the banks and make a big chunk of money. It is good thinking and well planned. But before the climax he was exposed and undressed. Cruel intelligence will not pay in long run.
