I have purchased 25 Kgs of Rice Premium from your Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd, Banjara Hills Retail outlet TIN [protected] on 26 May 2008 (vide bill no. INV 6236 123). While the MRP is printed as Rs. 550.00 on the bag, I was charged Rs. 565.00 and the MRP indicated in the bill is Rs. 580.00. I feel I was charged excess. Please adress the complaint.

Unfortunately it is true. Last week I visited SUBHIKSHA OUTLET at NIT-5, FARIDABAD(HARYANA) and found a NOTICE there, stating that a customer making purchases of more than Rs.2000/ during the month of JUNE, 2008 would be entitled for free goods worth Rs.200/. I immediately purchased goods worth Rs.2300/ to avail the free goods under the Scheme. The Manager of the OUTLET denied the free items on the ground that I had purchased more than one pieces of some items which were BULK PURCHASES and not qualify the terms and conditions of the SCHEME. Rs.2000/ is a very small amount and what sort of BULK PURCHASES it can buy. If it is so, nobody will be able to avail this SCHEME.
It is very very true.I purchased Dadi Ma's lime pickle from Subhiksha Outlet at NIT-5, FARIDABAD last week for Rs.58/- under the scheme"buy 1 get one free".To my dismay, the pickle was full of sand particles.The Manager of the outlet is totally insensitive and totally ineffective.

Respected Sir/Madam,This is to draw your kind and immediate attention that, I am an employee of M/S Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd (Emp code-WB 5420) Kolkata, not getting my monthly salaries since October'2008.
This situation is even affecting my family to live properly, maintaining the basic minimum needs. Moreover senior officials assigned here in Kolkata like Mr. Indranil Chakraborty (President East), Mr. Souvik Moulick (AVP Commercial), Mr.Aswini Vohra (AVP Opperations), Mr, Ambika Chowdhury (LP Head) were asking for the resignaton to me and to the other employees of my level also, without any compansation, official documentations, saying our last working day was 31st December2008.
To add to it they have handed over a cheque of one month salary dated 12/01/2009 and told us not to deposit the cheque before they instructed us. Till date no instructions came from their side and stil now that cheque is in my hand.
So it is my humble request to you please look into this issue and take the actions at earliest.
