[Resolved]  Suchir india — No registration

We have bought a plot at Le Colossal, Shankarpally, with Suchir India paying the whole amount of 12,60,000/- towards the plot. We have paid the full amount by 12-May-2010 (first payment on 29 Apr 2010 and second payment on 12 May 2010). Initially the branch manager has agreed to register the plot by August, 2010. However, there was no sign of any registration and they changed terms and agreed to register it by December, 2010. It is now April 2011 and we are still waiting for the plot to be registered. Our requests to Sr. Branch Manager Mr. MRM Raju ([protected]) have gone in vain. We have visited his office multiple times and the registration date changes every time and we are not getting a definitive answer

How do you recommend that we take this issue as we are suffering severe mental stress having paid the amount, with no interest for one year now. In addition, we are also paying the interest on the loan we have taken towards the payment of the plot. Please suggest
