[Resolved]  Suchirindia — Plot Registration not done

Hi, I have approached Suchirindia for purchase of a plot in their new venture named Le Collosal, shankarpally, hyderabad. I have paid the amount of Rs. 7,51,400/- towards the plot cost + registration amount of Rs.31,020/- . Payment Details are Rs. 500/- (Cash) for registration on 31st July 2009, Rs. 50000/- Andhra Bank cheque . 136611 dtd. 31st July 2009 , Rs. 7,00,029/- ICICI Bank cheque. 454815 dtd. 24th august, 2009 and Rs. 1371/- ICICI Bank cheque no. 454816 dtd. 5th October 2009 and Rs.31,020/- Andhra Bank cheque no.136612 dtd. 5th October 2009.
When initially approached, I was told that entire amount to be paid within one month and the registration will be done within one month after paying the registration amount. I have cleared all the payments by October 5th, expecting that the registration would be done by Dassera. To my extreme surprise, no intimation of any registration for atleast two month from the date of payment. I was worried and started calling the respective persons of Suchirindia for the details. The customer care people used to tell me that it somebody from the management would call me back for updating the things , which never happened till date even after repeated numerous calls. The money whatever I have paid was brought on interest and am bearing the agony of paying the interest along with delay happening in registration. Now when I called them up today, they are saying that "Legal Clearance" is still pending and not sure when the registration will happen. This has thrown me into confusion that what will happen to my hard earned money adding to the pain of paying huge sum as interest for things not yet finalized. The list of persons contacted in this regard is as follows : Customer Care[protected],[protected], M R M Raju [protected], Ashok[protected], this guy is not at all answering the calls. This makes me worry a lot for the reason they are trying to escape my calls. Mohan Babu is the Sales Person[protected], now he is also in the same confusion when it will be registered and routed us to the respective persons in the list. When asked for the director, Kiran Kumar's number to escalate the issue, they are avoiding by saying that the person is out of station. When asked for any details , they are asking me to come to the branch on a weekday, which is not possible for me as I am working out of chennai. Hence I request you to help me out in this regard , how should i take things forward from here to get rid of the mental agony I had been through for the past 4 months so as to get either my plot registered or my money along with interest with a penalty of Rs. 1 lakh.
