Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Antara Chatterjee.I joined the CIT Course at Suman computers Pvt.Ltd, Dlf Phase-2, Gurgaon (Lincensee of NIIT LTD.) on 11th December'2008.My father paid them Rs.28090/-(twenty eight thousand ninety only).The Duration of the course was 6 months.
After I joined, I realised that all others in my batch were much known to the course than me.It was very difficult to adjust with them and get at par wid the class.
Moreover I have to give my class 12th exams and my health is not keeping well from quite some time.
Thus, my father requested them for a refund for the remaining 4 months as its our hard earned money.They have since then called us many times to their office for negociations and discussions.
They are continuosly trying to persuade me to take a break, till my exams get over, but as soon as my exams will get over, I will be busy for my IELTS exam preparation as I have to move to Australia there after.
Despite of knowing all my problems they are continuosly trying convince me to pay them a "BREAK FEE' of Rs.11, 000(apprx) and take a break in the course.How much more money do they want.
This is just not done.I have hardly attended 4-5 classes.They are being very unproffesional.
Its my sincere request, that you please help me out.Money is very difficult to make and I rightfully deserve a refund.
Please help me out.
