Sir,
I had purchased 5 units (Rs 10,000/-) of KanyaDhan Estate Equity in May1997,
Suman motel ltd acknowled receipt of payment & issued a certificate no 2920 dt 09/07/1997 with a post dated cheque of Rs 30,000/-.dt 15/05/2003 o[censored]nited Western bank Ltd, Vadgadi Br, Mumbai-3, on enquiry with the bank we were told there is No cash & A/C is closed.
We are yet to receive the said payment which was due on May-03.
We request you to look into the matter & issue a fresh cheque with above amt+ interest from May03 till date.
