I've been working with Sun-softwares.com an IT company in Mohali and we have been struggling with poor working conditions in the office. We are not even getting fresh and clean drinking water. We asked HR regarding the issue but the Tarun Verma ( owner Sun-softwares.com) told het never tgo come with such issues to him.
Tarun Verma himself brings drinking water from home but we have only one choice to drink water from the water tank that has not been cleaned from years. Many times employees fell sick because of this.
Other issues AC only woks good in his cabin, in the other parts of the office temperature is higher.
I want to ask the experts here how can we deal with this thing like any employee forum where we can submit an application so that they can visit and take some necessary action again Sun softwares.
