[Resolved]  Suncity Hi-Tech Infrastructures Private Limited — Company is not giving the plot for which they have taken payment in year 2006

We have booked a plot in Suncity Hi-Tech Infrastructures Private Limited in the year 2006 but till now they had not offered us the plot, even we came to know that they have not acquired the land on NH 24 for the proposed Residential Project while the other builder Wave City which also launched their project with Suncity in 2006 have already purchased huge amount of lands from Ghaziabad to Hapur and several other small colonizers have also easily bought land on NH 24 near the proposed township of Suncity.

Whenever we call the Suncity office at N-49, Ist Floor, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 they say that we will offer your plot after 8 to 12 months, this reply they are giving since 6 years now.

Now again they are saying that they will offer the plots to us after 8 to 12 months, when we ask for refund they are asking to submit the original receipt with an affidavit on stamp paper which mentions that the customer has already received the payment, now if the customer gives this affidavit he can go nowhere if Suncity company does not return his money.

Kindly help us in this matter which is causing us a lot of mental stress.
