Dear Sir,
I am the member of Co-op. Housing Society at Vasai,
The thing is happening in our society is our Managing Committe Member is not giving responding to our society activities, they have already handover all society Documents & other papers to Mr. X who is not a Member of our society. Presently all the society Activities & other society Funds handing by Mr. X
Mr. X is staying in his brother’s Flat who is member of society & the flat is used by only Mr. X & his family.

Since I have resigned as the Treasurer of my society & given responsibilities to the present Secretary & Treasure who has Authorised Member of Society.

I have already informed Secretary Since Mr. X is not a Authorised member of society he has no authority of signature & keeping all records with him. The Secretary told me that Mr.X has power of Attorny from his brother.
