My consumer number is 11674 at Gas agency (Sunrise Gas Agency). I have booked LPG gas cylinder at the agency on date 12th oct (ref booking no 15), which is still not delivered. I have been regularly (almost daily) calling the agency and get to hear the same reply that the gas will be delivered on the same day. I have spoken to the Agency in-charge Mr Raman Gupta at [protected] but of no use. Today (14th Nov), I was told to go to godown at 38 sector chandigarh (Sunrise gas) to collect the cylilnder. I could trace the godown after great difficulty but unfortunatly the godown was locked and I had to return without gas. I have been trying to call up the In-charge Mr Raman Gupta for the past 2 hours and he is not picking the phone. It is really frustating to see this service level by the agency and I seek your intervention in helping me get the gas on urgent basis.

Sunrise Gas Agency — delay delivery of gas and not attand the phone for booking and reminding
Dear Sir, I am the custmer of sunrise gas agency from the year 2005. but i am distisfy of the service of the agency. they donot pick the phone for booking. always my servent goes to book the gas. and then i sent him again and again to remind them. but they always says, today we sent it. but they donot send. i am very fed up now.sir, please help me.
