Sunshine Indane Services, Kanhangad — refill cylinder delay

I am a customer of Sunshine Indane Services, Kanhangad, Kerala and my Consumer No. is 11685. I had shifted my connection having Cons.No.13991 from Dwaraka Indane Services, Delhi to kanhangad recently. In Delhi the service was proper and got refill cylinder in every 20days. But here it is not proper and still I am waiting for a gas cylinder booked on 04/03/10. Here the attitude to the customer is not fair. Pls do the needful.
