Dear Sir,
We had dispatched 1 parcen on 14.03.2009 to Geneva, Switzerland. t number is B9138. The parcel has not yet reached the destination. I already visited Andheri(West) Post Office PINCODE:400058 from where we had sent the parcel but are not getting any concrete response. We even tried calling at customer care but no one bothers to pick up the phone. Kindly elp us locate the parcel. We enquired at Geneva Post office but they told they nedd 16 digit number and we do not have the same. Kindly help us.
