Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Deficiency in Services by the Transporters agent named as SUPER FAST CARGO CARRIERS

I am Sanjeev K Agarwal from Noida. I booked my one Motorcycle (UP16 C 7767) of Rs 1000/- (Bill no 061) through a Transporters agent named as SUPER FAST CARGO CARRIERS, Plot No. 747, Tikri Kalan, New Delhi on 25.03.2010. I booked my Motorcycle to transport from Noida to Jaipur. I have given full payment of Rs. 1000/- in advance. The transporters promise to deliver the goods on next day evening i.e. 26.03.2010. When I confirmed on 27.03.2010, he (Somvir Sharma of super fast cargo) told me to deliver in the evening but he has not delivered. Next day i.e. 28.03.2010 when I confirmed to deliver it, they ( Balwan Sharma, Rakesh Sharma) ask extra money for insurance of Rs. 100/- but the said amount was all inclusive of pick up at Noida address & Delivered at Jaipur address at the time of booking. Even then, I was agree to pay Rs. 100/- after receipt of insurance and they promised to delivered on tomorrow morning i.e. 29.03.2010. Then I contacted on 29.03.2010 they told me to that it has gone to Jodhpur instead of Jaipur and again told me to deliver on next day as usual. Again, when I contacted, Ajay extort more money and threaten not to deliver the goods till I will not pay Rs. 200/- (For 100/-Petrol and 100/-Insurance), I denied to pay Rs. 200/- instead of Rs. 100/-.
I gave last request by SMS dated on 31.03.2010 with their Mobile no. [protected] and on 01.04.2010 on mobile no. [protected].

I also talked today 02.04.2010 in the morning to resolve my complaints & inordinate delay then he (Rakesh) gave me a Jaipur tansporter detail ( Airway Transport of India, B-26, Transport Nagar, Jaipur) to take my bike. He (Rakesh) denies to deliver my motorcycle at my jaipur address. When my brother contacted with Dalwir Singh (Mobile No. [protected]) of Airway Transport, he asked to take Rs. 300/- intead of Rs.200 or Rs. 100/-

We have not heared from the opposite party till date. I have been complaining since 26 march without getting any concrete response from the opposite party. I will enclosed all the previous correspondence since 26.03.2010 (Recorded calls) with the opposite party including the photocopy of bills, receipt of letter received by them and photograph of the person, who has taken my motorcycle on 25.03.2010.

So, you are kindly requested to initiate the legal action against the opposite party for compensation against the fraud as well as Harassment being meted out to me for the past fourteen days.
I would be highly grateful to get the justice delivered.
