[Resolved]  Supreme Solar Systems P Ltd — Solar System not functioning

Dear Sir,

I had installed Solar Heating System at my residence in the year 2008, as per the recommendations given by their Representatives,from the day one the system is not functioning and when ever we contact them their immediate reply we shall attend.After my continuous follow up for three years I was able to speak to their Customer Service Head Mr Anil Kumar on his mobile [protected],after an week he sent an technician who said I have to pay Rs 2500 for an auxiliary unit which shall solve the problem, promptly done, now he advised to bring an Plumber who charged me Rs6000 which was also paid. At present the systems is not functioning.
Mr Anil Kumar is not responding to the mail or the mobile.
Mr Narishma Pai- Managing Director - Not reachable, Mr Bhadrinath- Director- [protected], Mr NaveenKumar-Director-[protected]- Poor response, Mr Anil Kumar- Customer Care Head, Ms Pavithra-Staff- [protected] arrogant,no responsible answer and not customer friendly.
Please advice how to resolve this complaint.

Dear Members,
On 12th September 2017 I lodged a complaint on Supreme Solar Heaters. When I gave the complaint I was not at home in Bangalore and the complaint was given from outstation. To day when I returned back at my residence in Bangalore, it was a surprise for me to see the Technical Staff of Supreme Solar Heaters attended my complaint the same day (i.e. 12.9.2017) and rectified all the defects and also replaced the parts. I wish to say that all these problems arised due to the negligence of the AGENT who took my order but did not give the GUARANTEE CARD though he has received it from the Company. I was sending all my complaints to the fraudster Agent who never intimated the same to the Company.
I once state that the problem was not because of the Company but because of the Agent, on whom the company has taken suitable action now.
I herewith take back my complaint and also thank Supreme Solar Heaters for the immediate action they have taken in setting right the Solar Heater. I regret for the lapse and thank the Management and Staff of Supreme Solar Heaters, Bangalore for their timely action.
how is supreme solar condition now is it working properly now?
I have installed superm Solar in 2011 and now it has started leaking water from tank and tank has stain and I have complaned and they r saying no warranty sorry they r cheating with low quality my name is pavan [protected] plc help me
I've installed Supreme solar water heater on March 12, 2016.
It never worked and water started overflowing from solar from March 13. I've been following up with agent for quite sometime and he is not responding properly for my request..
He has not given agency or customer care details till now. Wit too much of pressure he gave customer care details and they are not responding as well.

Dealer has taken close to RS. 30000, including pipes and installation... now he is not responding as expecting after taking close to 30k.

Sam case happened in electronic city bangalore don't trust supreme solar
Either water starts flowing or water won't come at all I am tired of calling plumber and supreme solar technician is not able to find the problem whole system is not functioning they charged 25000 rs

Waste of money with supreme solar
I was in search for Solar Water Heater and ended up dealing with the Supreme Solar Dealer. We went with Negation and Finalized with Price and also I have paid 10000 as advance amount to a person so call Ashwin his no.:[protected] and he has given me a Letter head showing all the price details and the advance amount with the signature and seal from Supreme Solar, later he never turned up and I went with other supplier and installer. Later I went to Supreme Solar and check for the person and they taken some time to locate the person and later informed me no information about the person and they referred another supreme solar dealer to check for the person and the response was the same. with this he also offered me, if need we will supply Solar unit. This shows they have all the information about the person and also the information about the advance amount paid.
Supreme Solar know the person very well, still they want to cheat me. with this I am planning to file case in Consumer Court. Please be careful while dealing with the dealers from Supreme Solar.

Since I installed Day by day it coming very very problems. One time water leaked, Secod time hot water not came, like this type of problems continiously coming till now. So dont installed supreme solar to anyone. Its very bad

I installed supreme solar during Jan 2015

System is not functioning properly, point of contact is not clear in the organisation, not attending complaint properly/delay, negligent, arrogant, continuously breakage of glass tubes, spending every month more than Rs.1000 for repair & tube replacement. which is more that the electricity charge is we use electric geyser. No customer touch or neither customer satisfaction. No leadership. Totally Supreme Solar systems is waste in the market & should be eliminated from the market

Hi, Don't purchase Supreme solar water heaters, it waste of money. Customer support won't response when you call them. I purchased in the year 2012, also tubes got broken due to poor quality paid 3000 and later after 2.5 years solar tank leakage managed some how and asked me to pay Rs. 7000 now since it is in warranty period. But new one price is 16K - 17 K. Without knowing their service and product I referred my 3 friends, it's my bad.

Please don't purchase Supreme Solar heaters, it waste of time and money. Product is very poor quality.
My name is Prathap Kumar from Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. I had an old type of Solar Heater which was working very efficiency for past 15 years. During the year 2013 a Representative from Supreme Solar visited my residence and requested me to give an order for his company (SUPREME SOLAR HEATERS) and when I told him my Solar Heater is working perfectly, he told that he has a new product is with a steel drum and iron stand which works very efficiency and also holds a guarantee of 5 years. He showed me a pamphlet with the Solar heater and he has accepted to give at a discount price in exchange of my old heater. I accepted for everything and ordered for a solar heater.
Unfortunately at the time of installation I proceeded to USA and my brother was available at the time of installation. My brother sent me the photos of the installation and to my surprise I found the drum was not of steel make and the stand was very, very thin material. After my return from USA I contacted the company and explained about the drum material, etc. for which the reply was since the product is having 5 years guarantee when a problem arises at that time they definitely give steel drum with iron rack.
During these 4 years 2013 to 2017 the installation gave lot of problems and no one came to rectify the defects such as water overflowing from the small drum and water not heating properly, etc. Now the drum main and small and the rack or rusted and are on the verge of breaking at any time. With much difficulty I could get the email address of the firm and gave a complaint.
The company disgusted me with so many replies and finally asked for the invoice, guarantee card, etc. I have kept all the documents perfectly. But the company is insisting on a guarantee card. At the time of installation the rep. gave me a colorful big pamphlet with a big 5 years guarantee emblem. But the company is insisting on a guarantee card which I never received.
Now I have no other way than filing a Consumer Court Case.
In this regard I found several people were cheated by the SUPREME SOLAR HEATERS in different ways.
WE SHOULD SEE THAT SUPREME SOLAR HEATERS DO NOT FURTHER CHEAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I AM MEETING PRESS PEOPLE AND SENDING LETTERS TO BIG SOFTWARE COMPANIES AND OTHERS SO THAT THEY ARE NOT FOOLED FURTHER
We purchased a supreme solar water heater (300 LPD) for our house from Electro Power (Dealer), Faridabad in December 2016 for Rs 38, 000 approx ( cost of pipes separate, Total cost of equipment and installation around Rs 50, 000). Since, the first month we are facing problem, basically the system does not give any hot water, it only gives lukewarm water on sunny days. On cloudy/foggy days it gives only cold water. When you call the dealer/company, they respond after many calls just to tell you get your system needs to be serviced and you need to pay Rs 1100 for service. On repeated complaints that the system has not worked from day 1, they talk back rudely and say they cannot help. Also, they say that we should use electricity for heating the 300 L tank. For us a 20 L electrical geyser was enough but now we have to heat 300 L of water with electricity because the Government regulation says we cannot have electrical water heater installed in 500 sq yard houses in HUDA colonies. I think government should not support companies like this. They are actually making us waste much more money and electricity with the farce name of solar. I hope somebody will look into this matter and save many prospective customers from getting cheated like us. Thank you!

I have recently purchased the solar water heater and next day of installation i called the sales person that one tube colour changed ..He says we cant replace and charge will be 750 Rupees for one tube.(Attached the picture)

This really worst service by Supreme solar, I have reported the issue immediately after the installation (next day of the installation to the dealer who supplied)

He says After installation (before the supply of water test ) customer is responsible for tube ..If any issue call the customer care...What ridicules response (Bheemarai -[protected])

I have called informed the installation guys very net day of installation that tube color changed but he says he got the whatsapp pics after 3 days..If he doesn't check the whatsapp who is responsible?

Never go for Supreme solar service ...worst service no one turn up to verify the issue they just simply promise to sell the product.
This is to bring it to your notice that I have purchased a Supreme Solar Water Heater FPC Based Product through invoice no.1287 dt.4.4.2018.
From the date of installation, I have been facing the issue of not getting hot water and the hot was very light .
Enormous complaints has been raised and I spent the service charges many times during this year .
Each time when they rectify the issue light hot water used to come and repeatedly the same complaints been booked during the year.
After an year, the company senior technician raised the issue of wrong installation of solar system and it was a surprise shock for me to digest which has been detected after an year by Supreme Solar technical team .
Dealer was hesitant to do the re-installation due to service charges issue and later around 15 days back Supreme Solar have done the re-installation (just relocated the tank) and I have spent around 2500 rs for rework on plumbing + 750 to Supreme Solar technician.
After this also I was not able to get hot water and again complaint has been raised.
4 days back again 2 technician has visited and told acid wash needs to be done in panel since its blocked by salt .
We have in our home water softener still they asked us to clean it for better result .
Rs 1800 spent and they did a acid wash and still I am not able to get a hot water from Supreme solar systems .
I am not understanding what is my mistake in this ? Believing the sales team purchased the higher quality system by spending Rs. 34, 905 and suffering from past 1 yr the same issue and we had spent more than 20, 000 only for service charges and plumbing charges
Now warranty of panel also completed and I was not able to claim and by raising the repeated complaints, I spent my money for service charges.

I request to take legal action against Supreme Solar as they are providing low quality solar system to many Customers
