Dear Sir,
I have not received my Sea Cargo to India ( Chennai ) from Bahrain for almost 4 months ..
They had given us promises that it would arrive within 2 months to Mumbai from Chennai and now no one bothers to reply or contact us
It had been very disappointing that such agency are allowed to do commercial business and cheat so many people from Bahrain to Chennai TO Mumbai .
My invoice number is 0728 .
I have sent it from Bahrain through Mr Hari who is representing Surya Cargo and His associate is in Chennai by the name of K.N Ratnum also known as Karthic and with his promises of delivering the items safely to our door step .
It has caused us alot of inconvenience that after paying a very big amount in sending the items and the nature of the items that included electronics and houseold things have no information so as to where it is ..
When we call Bahrain they say call Chennai Surya cargo office and vice versa . I am frustrated that this unfortunate incident has happened ..
I request strict action to be taken against this company Surya Cargo as i am going to file a police complaint in Bahrain and contact the Indian embassy in Bahrain and India .

3) Double Door Supra fridge
4) Gas range
5) Deck with big speakers
6)Micro oven XXL
7) many house old items
My Good is worth 3 Lacs INR .

Please Respected Sir kindly help out . From My side I will be visiting Bahrain to file a police complaint and contact the CID to investigate and get hold of the person responsible .
I request urgent action to be taken as soon as possible From Chennai Police station .

I was in touch with the owner of the Surya cargo who visited India to trace the local agent, He returned back to Baharain whith out any solution.
Earlier he used to respond to the phone calss but now he is not responding his phone calls like his lical agents.
Pleasepass the information if any one gets any information about the surya cargo, and how to get back our material.
