[Resolved]  Susee Hyundai — Cheating the customer

Dear All,
I am a suffering cutomer of Susee hyundai,tirunelveli.I bought a hyundai i 10 from susee hyundai.They gave me a basic car insurance for free instead there are many good premium insurance available and also they didnt allow me to choose my insurance.Also they didnt instruct me how much money i can claim for this insurance and what parts of the car cant be claimed incase of an accident.So after i faced a small accident susee said you cant claim for plastic,rubber and glass parts of the car as per policy which was not told to me earlier.So that i came to situation to pay an unaffordable amount to repiar my car which could be avoided if the susee dealer provided a good insurance for my car.
I kindly request the people of tirunelveli to be aware of such cheating from the susee dealer.

On[protected] I Mailed & Send you the letter by courier but still now no response from Hyundai, this is my last purchase from Hyundai I’m more shamed to buy from Hyundai, if I meet any accident from my Verna car, I’m sure this accident done by Hyundai and I’m having proof to take action.

On March 12th 2014 I've Purchased a New Verna Automatic Diesel, Car Number TN 84 Z 1030, Till day my complaints (listed below) aren't completely solved., Kindly look into my complaints and solve the problems regarding my car.

I'm ashamed to say despite all of my friends warnings about buying a car in Sukrith (or) SKBR, They have been proved right that I haven't got any support of good customer care service from this Susee Hyundai dealership. It's been a bad experience and I regret buying a car from a world renowned brand like Hyundai.

And I also want to point out
SUSEE HYUNDAI IS MORE WORST IN TERMS OF SERVICE,
NO PROPER RESPONSE,
And I also want to point out MANAGER Mr. JAYA KUMAR & Mr: PRAKASH, who made lots of empty promises about my problems and his utter fit & disrespect towards me.

When I first made the enquiry the Susee dealership said, for Verna they will give six air bags & five alloy wheels and I've paid the same.

But the Manager Mr. JAYA KUMAR(MADURAI MANAGER), Mr: PRAKASH(SIVAKASI MANAGER), made me compromise for his small problems & then making me take the car from Susee dealership.

I had a call from Hyundai, but no use still they dint forward this issue as serious kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

And here are my lists of complaints after I took the car...

1.) My car interiors had black marks which didn't go, the staff of the Hyundai saying this will be hard to go more over if we scrub the car original finishing will be gone.
(Yes now the thread has come out & you can see in the photo which I’ve attached it)

2.) On high way while the car is running around 150kms and I apply the brake, the car is swerving towards the right side & the steering is hard to control at certain speeds (or) in normal speed at 20kms.
(Service manager saying there is no problem but senior manager saying there is problem but he need 3days time)
WHO SHOULD I BELIVE..?

3.) The body sticker which was pasted is a complete waste as the finishing was not neat. The staff at the Hyundai dealership is saying its' not their fault, the sticker was in a bad condition when it came from Hyundai.
(Now they have removed the old sticker and stick new one without my knowledge, if I asked why you done this? The manager says sorry sir)
WASTE OF BUYING AND MY CAR LOOKS UGLY AND TOTALLY DAMAGED.

4.) The black cool film on the four windows & rear was not stuck properly. And till date it hasn't been rectified.
(No words to say, totally damaged and now I’ve to purchase from outside)
HATE THIS HYUNDAI AND MY HYUNDAI VERNA CAR

5.) Still now I haven't received the Alloy Wheels, Even for this small problem you don’t solve it, then how you’ll face other problem?
IF HYUNDAI NOT GOING TO TAKE ACTION (or) MAKE MY PROBLEM AS SERIOUS,
THIS HYUNDAI VERNA CAR WILL BE CHANGED AS CRESH VEHICLES AND WILL BUY A GOOD BRAND NEW CAR THEN THIS WASTE HYUNDAI

this is about a driver who came to deliver the car after servicing..he took 500 rs to fill the petrol he cheated by not filling the petrol ..there was red light showing no petrol..and he like a rowdy banged the door of my house so loudly and demanded the money ..at that time my husband was not at home ..my husband already had talked to the manager that he will come to the office and make the payment..is this the way the staff of susee hundai behave with customers ?they keep rowdy as drivers and staff to make the collection..we feel insecure when they come ..they are unruly..dont ever let any susee hundai driver deliver the car in the absence of your husband or men at house because you are not safe..they are indecent.
