I AM CUSTOMER OF SUSHMA GAS AGENCY , MANSAROVER . CURRENTLY A CYLENDER AUTO BOOKING 20 DAYS AFTER LAS DELAVERY. AND DELEVERY 10 DAYS AFTER BOOKING. IT MEAN GAPES BETWEEN TWO DELEVERY 30 DAYS.
BUT IN SUSHMA GAS AGENCY THIS GAPES IS 50 DAYS . AFTER BOOKING THEY TAKE 20-30 DAYS FOR DELEVARY.
SIR TODAY EVERY CUSTOMER OF SUSHMA GAS AGENCY IS VARY DISTRUB . PLEASE SIR DO SOME THING.
SIR WITH ME MANY CUSTOMER HAVE TWO CYLENDER OF SUSHMA GAS SERVICE. BUT BOTH CYLENDER ARE EMPTY.

I have been getting the cylinder after 45-50 days and that too after making so many telephone calls.
Is there anybody to punish such agencies and are there any provisions with IOC to take action against such erring agencies!
