There HR team is just a fake - They are busy making money with admintrative work, They have different programs and have good deal that they will take care of each others escalation.

There were few who went up to all the channel following there so called hirarchy, they set rude example thrwon them out.

Pearlin churchill Group leader he made a girl pregnant and then was forced to marry her.
C M Mahalakshmi - Assistant manager - She [censored]ed her way up. All the managers used her.
Ravi Kumar Augustine - Communications trainer - he was already married with a wife and kid who stay in Bangalore and he has recently married another girl from the floor.
Richard Moses - Team manager - he had affairs with many. He even asked a muslim girl to marry her inspite of having a wife at home. He got caught when his wife called and complained that he didn't turn up home.
Kamesh - he was a Team leader - He talked dirty with many girls and finally got caught when a girl escalated things. He was shielded very strongly by Raghavan Arunachalam - Senior Accounts manager(He flirted with Bhargavi) but solid evidence got him caught.
These are just few incidents. There are lot of culprits who boldly continue with indecent trade in that building...
You will get a promotion only if you [censored]..that is the basic criteria if you are a girl.
