I have purchased suzuki sling shot plus on 19 jan2011 from saptagiri suzuki rajajji nagar bangalore. since i purchased i found that whenever i ride above 40km/hr speed bike's handle starts wobble. I informed dealer to it they tried to solve it in 1st service but they couldn't solve. and then they asked me get front tyre change. I got it changed adn then again after few days it started with same problem. i went for 2 more services but problem is as it is. Now they every time say get tyre change problem will get solve but i already tried it earlier and it didn't worked out. I am planning to complain about it some higher person in suzuki company.. please tell me whom to contact and what procedure i should follow if they ignore my problem. Was this information helpful? |
