NON REFUND OF AMOUNT INVESTED IN IPO OF SVPCL IN OCT-2007
I had applied in the IPO of M/s SVPCL on 25.10.2007 for Rs: 5625.00 vide application no: 8041513.( Application No. :4066742)
On non allotment of shares in my demat account / non refund of money after stipulated period from the closing of the issue, I made an enquiry the the registrar of the issue M/s Aarthi consultants to know the reason, but didn't get any reply from them.

I am invest svpcl IPO 500 share amount Rs.22500 But no money refund no share alotment til date 17.05.2008.

I had applied in the IPO of M/s SVPCL on 25.10.2007 for Rs: 22500
till date there is no allotment of shares / no refund of money, I have ask so many time to M/s Aarthi consultants to refund but every time they are giving the statement that within few days you will be get allotment of shares. I have seen the web site of M/s SVPCL, there is no result of case from the court, the court is every time post poned the date of hearing.
Company should refund the investers money.

I am also having same complaint regarding SVPCL IPO as neither we have received allotment nor money refund.
I made several enquiry from M/s Arthi consultants on mail ID but they are now even not replying our mail. I think there is something wrong with M/s Aarthi consultants and they are least bothered about our financial problem.

I am facing strong mental and financial problem due to non refund of my hard earned money.I strongly feel that SEBI should entervene in such matter and black list such companies

I had applied in the IPO of M/s SVPCL on 25.10.2007 for Rs: 11250.00 vide application no: 8041972.( DP ID: IN303028, CLIENT ID:[protected].On non allotment of shares in my demat account / non refund of money after stipulated period from the closing of the issue, I made an enquiry the the registrar of the issue M/s Aarthi consultants to know the reason.

M/s Aarthi consultants replied as under:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that the allotment of shares in SVPCL LTD has not been
completed. The company has sought certain clarifications from Securities
and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the same are expected to be
received in 2-3 days.

I had posted my complain earlier on your site but till date there is no action on my complain against M/s Aarthi consultants & M/s SVPCL LTD. It has come to my knowledge that matter is subjudice. But why they are not refunding my invested money. Please advise me the process of lodging a case with consumer forum court.

this is ridiclous ...i barrowed i lac from my neighbour and put in this svpcl issue on the interest of 6 percent per month ...not its delayed almost a year ...so i have alredy paid 60 000 as a interset
i m in now very bad position ...if i got money then i will be able to give money back to my neighbours...other wise there is no way to cope up with this problem ...plz try to solve my problem other wise i may take hard step and responsible will be arthi consultants and svpcl company

I HAD APPLIED RS.11250 FOR SVPCL SHARES IPO, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND OR SHARES, PLEASE ANYBODY CAN SAY ME WHAT IS THE LATEST STATUS OF THE IPO.
