This is Swati, residential of sion. i frequently travel with 255 ltd. from sion till khar station. the frequency of bus is very limited, & it is never on time. as i travel every day by same route. the bus driver of 8.45 am is very rude with women. never talk politely. he talk as if he is doing favor on the passenger by giving them tickets. that day on 7th August i was waiting for bus from 8.15 am for bus as usually bus waas not on time, it came on 8.50am after when i seated i asked a ticket from sion to Khar station which cost 15 Rs. i gave him 20 Rs. note, talking very harshly he started asking 5 rs, change as i travel every day & i give change of 15 rs. every day that is 10rs. note + 5 Rs. coin i never fail to give change but that day unfortunately i was not carrying change & in-front of all he started abusing me. it was embarrassing & very bad.
BEST is a public transport & government employee are working for us. they are getting pay just because we travel, Public transport is made for public facility & comfortability. i think with the training of conducting ticket & driving you should trained your staff how to talk & behave with the passenger.
