Sir,
I am booking a Swift Dezire with 50000 ads: on last April14th of 2008 from Hercules Automobiles at Kayamkulam, its head office at Alappuzha. In June my sister also booked a same and gets the vehicle with in 20 days. This booking is through another outlet of Hercules at Chengannoor. Alappuzha is the head office of this too. The sales manager in chengannoor outlet told me, with in 20 days we will give the vehicle if you pay the full of the payment. Thus I give the full of the payment of Dezire VDI model on 27th September 2008 and cancelled the first booking at Kayamkulam. In this payment 200000is cash and 4, 75, 809is DD to the Hercules Automobiles. Even after the one month the vehicle has not been delivered, I want to get back the money and informed the matter to there head office too. In this time they replied, ”no vehicle is booked in the name of Raveendranath through Chengannoor outlet” and remained me “we have no responsibility in this matter, if you give the money to somebody you will recollect through any measures”
Several time I contact the higher authorities of this firm, Authorities like Branch Manager Mr Ramakrishna, HR Manager Manoj, and GM of Hercules. More over I try to contact their MD too, but cont contact him.
Please settle this issue through proper way, give the full amount with bank interest and make a satisfactory compensation too.
