I have purchased one Swift Dzire Vdi from your dealer M/s Reliable Industrise (Code - 5202). The ex-showroom price of car shown on your site was Rs. 6, 14, 366.46 for non-metalic colour. But your dealer has charged me Rs. 6, 19, 261.00. I have shown them the print of your price from site, but they do not agree with that price, so I have to purchase by paying higher price.
Another complain is that I have deposited Rs. 1, 50, 000 as advance for my above vehicle vide receipt no. 26044 and 26338 dt. 06.06.08 and 27.06.08. Please note that I have purchase this car on exchange basis and given my old car on 04.06.08 at that time they have told that they have sold my vehicle and reimbursed the amount as advance for booking the vehicle and allotted me wait list no. 0010801 dt.06.06.08. When I got my waiting no. I was well convinced that the price of my old car i.e. Rs. 1, 50, 000 has been taken as advance.
During the time of delivery non of the dealers man were bothered to pay me the interest amount @4% p.a. on the advance amount which is already printed on the back of their bill.
Looking on the above two complains, we request you to give me justice from your end, since you can well examine my track records of my old car JH 10G-3477 that what type of customer am I ...?
