[Resolved]  Swift Vdi — Gear shifting problem

I purchased a SWIFT VDI on 29th august 2007 from MADHUSUDAN MOTORS AGRA with extended warranty.I get my vehicle's regular services done from TARA MOTORS BATHINDA. After the covering 30,000 km my car gave a problem in shifting of 1st and 2nd gear. I informed the dealer (Tara motors) and he suggested me to get it replaced within the warranty. So finally i got it replaced after covering 40,000kms. I had to face the similar problem again after completion of 90,000kms. I consulted the dealer again and he told me that he will discuss this matter with maruti's technical wing.
When I met the dealer again for my next service, his works manager informed me that he cannot help me as it was a wear and tear loss as suggested to him by your technical department. I would like to tell you that if the replaced part gives the same problem again after covering the same distance then it is definitely a manufacturing fault of the part.
So please advise your dealer (Tara motors) to get it replaced through extended warranty as this is not my fault because I get my car's every service done on time as well as from the authorized dealer.
