Its so simple to choose. I[censored] dont have any other option accept syncfusion, cos the recruitment for freshers of B.E/B.Tech is almost over now. At the same time even if the salary is less. try to work in some other good company. i[censored] work in syncfusion den m sure u will hate software field so soon. Now the company is so worst. I dont know i[censored] have made to undergo a week training!! A training for filtering again. its not actually training. they wont teach u anything.. Its ur choice.. The team leads u get wont know anything, they will push u for their work and their mistake.. better be aware.. dont be cheated up by the high salary u get!! salary is not important .. U cant get job satisfaction at syncfusion. i came out of syncfusion after working their just for one month! thanks to my team leads who actually are the reasons for my decision to come out.. Now, i am placed at IBM.. working fine.. clearing all technical assessments.. Choice is URS!!

Without giving any notice period to the developers, they are sending out the developers immediately within minutes . One of my friend who worked there as a TeamLead was sent out due to a normal argument with G.M . He is now totally in inferiority complex and he is not willing to get into I.T field itself . Syncfusion made his mind like that .
One of my friend met with accident when returning to his room late night after doing the work in syncfusion . Syncfusion didnt give a single paise of rupee for his medical expense .
They even restrict people to sit freely as they wish in their seat . They will make people to stand in hot sun and rain who come for interview .
Syncfusion Management do you think that employees working in your office dont have family and friends ? You pay them only for 8 hours job right ? Then y are you making them to sit for 20 to 30 hours continously in office ?
I got excellent performance appraisal letter in syncfusion . But one or two months later when i tried to resign, i got only satisfactory . But for girls who got satisfactory in performance appraisal got excellent performance in relieving letter .
This is for the reason that the girls are getting married and the guys are trying in other concerns.
HR Dont you know that the person's carrier will get spoiled if you give "Not Satisfactory" in relieving letter . HR please go and attend training in someother good concern .

Before to tell it as a MNC company...it shud hv its standards first of all...the most torturing thing is the HR...That lady jus dono how to respect others...its not the respect but atleast how to treat employees...u wud hv very well experienced this jus after u had put paper in that company...she wont even respond for our mails.Even if we go her cabin...she wont care to notice n make us wait for so long and she will say nonsense things(hell with her) ..we dont deserve such things ..
myt be the whole company in her control...she shud knw some manners to go along wit..
i guess if the company allots the people for such designations, tat should deserve tat person for tat post .then the company will go far behind in its future...
and dont know on wat basis she gives the ratings...In 'Good', 'satisfactory', 'Not Satisfactory'.She has a that big heart that she wil gv satisfactory mostly or not satisfactory...Many of my friends really felt bad with the certificates given...what does she try to prove...bull ...arent v worth atleast for that good rank.might be according to her mood...she might choose between these good and not satisfactory...this will be the last best thing when ppl go out company they wud expect it to be given 'good'..so that whenever they think of this company...that wl make them feel good...there is no wrong ...y ppl hate syncfusion to this extent..these are the things which we can forget kind of things..

friends..pls tell me if sync fusion is good or not?? kindly tell me something ..it's our future.. Hi Friends,
I don't want to tell my name. This is my first post here and this is for the peoples who are thinking Syncfusion had changed when compared to 2009 and now we can prefer to join there.
But the true thing is Yes, it was better in 2011. But now it is worst then 2009. I can see lots of experienced engineers did their life time mistake of joining Syncfusion and now thinking to change their profession itself.
Syncfusion is such a kind of company, Experienced/Fresher whatever it may be if you are more talented in product development and do what ever work they give means you can join there, prove yourself and you can get more salary when compared to other MNC's. But you will lost every other thing in your life, you wont get time to spent with your family even during weekends. Surely you will not sleep more then 5 hours a day etc etc... Lots of things are there, to tell in a single line "Except coding you will forgot every thing in life"..
In Syncfusion nobody knows how to interview a experienced candidate. They will ask simple basic interview questions but during work their expectation is more then anything. As per my knowledge more then 30 experienced candidates joined there in 2012 and 50 % of them left the job within 3 months. And the remaining 25% are still suffering to get confirmation and the remaining 25% are teminated. So i wont prefer Syncfusion for experienced peoples.Don't join here and spoil your life.
For freshers if you want to enjoy your work don't join here. Rate yourself in the below criteria and join there.
1) Can you work more then 15 hours per day ?
2) Can you work on weekends also ?
3) Can you work like a machine ie you should not turn around, You should always see your machine.
4) This is most important one. Can you behave like a mad ?.. To tell clearly if your TL is scolding you, you should laugh, else you will get tension like anything.(If you have a knife in your hand then surely u will be in jail). They will scold like that, mainly the words they will use are a)don't you know this itself ? b)How you cleared the interview ? c)Do you want to get confirmation? etc etc.. Like this i can tell more.. These kind of things you never hear if you r working in any mnc's. Even if you r performing poor in a mnc, they will not talk like this. They will behave and talk like a professional. So to tell simply "Dont expect professional ethics from Syncfusion". Only they need is a slave to do what ever the GM telling, because he will guide you in the platforms in which he is not familiar with. Also you may know that the idea he gave is wrong, but you should not think your own. You should do that work even it is a wrong logic and it will affect the whole product.
5) Can you work without talking to a girl if she is sitting next to you :).. Because if you started talking, your TL will behave with you in different manner. The reason is they are brought up in those kind of work culture. Also some of the mnc's now prefers to have there life partners in the same office and giving them some benefits. But here they will terminate any one of you if they came to know you have lover in the same office. Here one more funny thing is they have a policy called Romantic policy which is approved by the GM and he is one among that gang members who are affected by this policy,
6) Are you ready to go to school after completing your college life ?. Because when i was working there daily i will get a feeling like LKG guy is there any possibilities to take leave. Before that when i was in school i had that tendency and had the same while working here.
7) Can you accept if you are treated and tortured like animals. Because HR and Coordinators are the one who are respected and not the developers. Even the sweepers working in Syncfusion will get more respect than the developers. Very pity.
8) If you are a girl, you can prefer to join in web development team there. Because in web development team there is some good product managers and team leads who will get confirmation and good salary for you even if you are not performing up to their expectation. For boys surely termination in the web development team.
9) If you are a good looking girl, please don't waste your time to attend the Syncfusion interview. They wont select any good looking girls because what they had in their mind is it will spoil some developers work and they will get diverted in their work. If you don't believe this check with your friends who are working there.
10) Can you work by taking leaves rarely ?. Because i saw a guy who resigned his job because of his TL not permitted him to take leave for his graduation day.
Finally i want to add some more points here which i saw there.
a) If you are doing hard work and completed some of the tasks perfectly. Since the tasks took more time you are unable to complete the remaining task means you will get warning surely. But if you complete all the tasks with more issues then you will be hero of the company and you can get the TL role in 1 year itself. The products which are completed by that TL will be revamped by a fresher in the next release.
b) You should not take break more then 3 mins. You should take the cofee and must go to your place. Else they will give you warning letter. Here one more funny thing is the policy will be framed by the HR team and they will take 1 hour break daily. Half an hour in morning and half an hour in evening.
c) If you got married Syncfusion is not a place for your work. Because you can't predict when they will terminate your employment unless you are in the good position. For those who are in the good position like TL, PL, Managers the GM will implement his own termination policy and they will realize that our time with syncfusion is over and we should search for some other job. I have seen this is happened for all the employees worked in that position except GM because he is the one implementing that politics. I am sure one day will come for him also.
d) If you get warning letter means, you should show that you are working hard by spending more time in office and no need to complete the task. Instead you can put soap to the GM and became the TL, PL etc. In this case a PL is there who is taking care of 4 teams, but if you give him a task to complete alone. I bet you he can't complete in the time which a fresher will take. Even he can't complete that task if it is more technical. If the task is related to outlook he will do perfectly.
Every points i added here are true, which i came to know while working there. So please think in every aspects before joining there. Even after thi
s much number of peoples written their comments, still i can see 1000's of people came for walk in interviews last month. If you don't have any other option also, please try to avoid joining here.You will get another good job for sure, else after joining here you will get a thought "Software field le velai parkurathuku pesame ooruku poi rendu madu vangi meikalam". What i want to convey here is you will get frustrated about entire software field and after that you will not prefer to join in IT field. I have seen many employees resigned in this category.
At last everything is in your own hand. Think in every aspects and select your career, if your selection is wrong it will affect your career.

Funny review Sick Fusion. Syncfusion is not changing for the better instead, it is heading towards disaster. I agree with every word of what you said. Just want to add one more thing. The only thing that the HR team in Chennai is capable of doing is 'EATING and FARTING' because they eat for 8 hours and work for 1 hour a day.
