[Resolved]  Synture Organization — fake job openings

The company has also called me my mobile number but i was lucky that before i take my interview i have visited the site and i knew that this company is cheater .

on phone i almost [censored] the consultancy employee who promote me this synture org...

i dont think that again she will recommend these fake company to any one, that was a lesson to culprit from my side.

i got call from this company for interview on 5th nov.. wat to do i've to attend or not..

I have attend the interview, first they will try to impress you with their website and link them with international brands..
They will promise you a foreign tour during 5level of business manager post.
Do not trust blindly.. Its fake..ive also heard that they will ask you to raise fund for them during training ..

Yes, Synture Organization is a company who hires rich and good looking people who are then lured of establishing their own business someday. During the interviews they promise bright futures with use of high-fi english and then lure them to take up the job without even mentioning the work. Once you are hired, they show their true colors. They ask you to dress smartly put lots of makeup and randomly budge into people's homes and offices asking for donations for help-age india. I am sure this is not how a true ngo worker will portray themselves.

They make you lie to people and also promise for high paid salaries. Actually none of the donations actually go for real charity.

Synture Organization कंपनी एक fraud कंपनी है, असल में ये कंपनी है ही नहीं, वे लोग email या direct फ़ोन कर contact करते है, फिर बुलाते है, इन लोगो को ही फि इंग्लिश वाले लोग चाइये, मेने इस कंपनी में 2 दिन की इंटरव्यू प्रोसेस ली, ये कंपनी वाले दूसरे candidate जो इंटरव्यू देने आये है उनसे बात नहीं करने देते, क्योकि अगर कैंडिडेट एक दूसरे से बाते करेंगे तो इनकी कंपनी की पोल भी खुल सकती है बातो ही बातो में, वे लोग charity के नाम पर लोगो से पैसा लेते है और कूद के फायदे के लिए इस्तेमाल करते है, वे दूसरी multi national companies को खुद का client बताते है जबकि ऐसा नहीं है,
यह कंपनी पूरी तरह फ्रॉड है जिसका कोई अस्तितव नहीं है, वे लोग इंग्लिश बोलकर हमे attract और convience की कोशिश करते है, वे बड़े बड़े सपने दिखते है की इस नौकरी को मिलते ही आगे की ट्रेनिंग में आपको लंदन या ऑस्ट्रेलिया ट्रेनिंग पर पंहुचा दिया जाएगा, सपने दिखते है और फायदा उठाते है
सही बोलू तो ये कंपनी चुटिया बनाती है हमे और दूर लोगो को जिससे ये पैसा कमेटी है l कोई मार्केटिंग और सेल्स की ट्रेनिंग नहीं देती ये कंपनी, बेबकुफ़ बनाती है l

मेरेको ये समझ नहीं आ रिया है की जब synture organization वाले charity और NGO के नाम पर पढ़े लिखे लोगो से हज़ारो लाखो रुपया लेते है तो ये रूपया पूरा चैरिटी या NGO को जाता होगा तो फिर यहाँ काम करने वालो को जो salary मिलती है उसका रुपया कहा से आता है ? मतलब पूरा fraud काम हो रहा है है, मार्केटिंग और सेल्स के नाम पर बेरोजगार लोगो का भी फायदा उठाया जा रहा है, सारा चैरिटी और NGO का पैसा कंपनी ही रखती है, और असल में ये कंपनी है ही नहीं l

When you go to synture organization for interview then ask Mr. Vishal Varma and Mrs. Manushree Soni following questions:-
1.Where is government license of the company?
2.why pvt ltd, limited or Inc word not used after the name of Synture Organization?
3.What is terms and conditions of company?
4.Is there any cut in salary when sales target is not fulfilled?
5.Where is financial department, HR department, Payroll department or other department offices in company?
6.Why there do not allow to talk with other candidate who are coming for interview?
7.Why there is average time period of 12-18 months for training?
8.Why Synture Organization does not mention oter offices address on its website ? Why only MSJ House South tukoganj address is given on website if there are 4 offices in Indore and in other cities also?
9.Why only educated persons are targeted for charity funding?
10.Why Only Englsih speaking candidates are hired ?
11.If company is getting fund for charity and NGO then that fund will be given to NGO like helpage India etc then from where salary of employees are coming ?

Why Synture organization does celebrate Independence day and Repulic day by doing Indian flag salutation if this company is big MNC?
Synture organization why not hire candidates from college campus for Branch manager post?
Why Synture organization does not give money for travel purpose when they call candidate for interview by mail or phone call because every big MNC gives its interview candidate money for travel and meal when they call candidate for interview .For example when I went to Maral Overseas Company, Khargone they give me money for travel and also give facility of meal .

She don't let you talk to other guys who are also there for interview .
She herself don't know how to speak english and expect good people who can communicate in english fluently.
interview(Day 1) - Observation round(Day2) send you on field with trainers to beg money -Induction(Day 3) there they explain about pay
They expect people to work on commission basis they give you 16.5% of whatever money u begged
Example - If you raise 1200 rs they give you 200 rs
HR & TRAINER both call you in evening and morning to beg you to office next day in the shade of confirming your selection and congratulating you

Whatever positive feedback is written for them here on complaint board and website are written by them only by making fake Email IDs

To retain girls managing director Vishal Varma talks cheesy and flirt with them, indulge with them
and to retain guys HR Manushree Soni talks cheesy and creepy
This people believe in brain washing and motivating youngsters by stupid morning meeting and money made by existing employees via showing some [censored]ed up bulletins
They give parties and travel down some ### places to show work hard party harder culture
parties include liquor, smoke
Both husband wife (Vishal Varma & Manushree Soni) is running a big Scam making money on innocent youngsters who just passed out from colleges

It's a fraud company.
They make you work like a slaves on field for 14 hour and where you raise money they take it as a bond and in return only you get atthani and chavanni...
They promise you that you are really doing good but when they realise amount half amount is transferred in bond, half they say from raiser side it's getting problem and what we get is haha a joke!
Director will only be good with you until and unless you are spending time with him and raising money, if somehoe you are not able to do it his attitude changes...
Also, good brain washing is good, i've never seen any leader promotion in that comapny so far... Only they treat you like slave and eat up your entire amount.
Once you leave that company, you become like a villain for them.
No leadership and humanity.
