[Resolved]  Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces — Phoneline dead since 8th March 08

My telephone line at Vasai[protected] is dead from 8th March 08 till date. The complaint #4256. I have made numerous telephonic complaints but my phone is stil not working.

In fact this is my third written complain. I have made two complaints earlier and posted it in your feedback colum as i did not know how to go about it.

On 31st March 08, I complained again and got a new docket #. 4507. Can somebody please tell me what happened to my earlier complaint? How can I get a new docket number when my old complaint is not sorted? This is quite strange.

My parents are old and I need to keep in touch with them on a regular basis. It’s nearly a month and nobody has attended to my telephone line.

Hence request you to kindly look into this and waive off my bill for the month of March as my phone has not been working since the 8th of March 2008.

Please Please can somebody attended to my phone on an urgent basis.

Hey, i work with the TAJ group and i do not see any correlation between your phone lines being dead and my company! I request you to change the heading given to your complaint. TAJ strives to be the best and is the best!
