[Resolved]  Tamilnadu State Panchayat — No Sewage facility and not connected for well transportation

Dear All,
I am a resident of Medavakkam for around eight years ( Southern Suburb of Chennai after Velachery). There was no initiative from the local Panchayat as well as state Government, to make sewage proper. Our place being one of the busiest places, in southern suburb did not have any proper facilities like transport, power and postal services. Sewage is a big concern for us, because most of the residents are spending one fourth of their income towards it. The rise in population is also very high and the Government and Panchayat are not offering any basic facilities for our town. Previously, four years before around 2005 and 2006 there were more buses plying from Saidapet to Medavakkam ( M2 ).But after that Government has stopped that particular service and right now we are facing problems that are being non addressed.
